Salad with Spinach Recipe
Fresh spinach in combination with apple and carrot will serve as a good seasoning for the body. Dressing of oil with lemon juice, honey and mustard gives the salad a pleasant sweet and sour taste.

Instructions
Wash the spinach, apple, carrot, lemon well.
Thinly slice the spinach.
Cut the apple in half, peel the seeds and stalks, cut into thin strips. Gently stir in half the lemon juice and add to the spinach.
Peel the carrots, cut into thin slices with a cleaning knife.
Cut the carrots into thin long strips. The longer and thinner, the better. Put it in a salad bowl with spinach and apples.
Mix sunflower oil, remaining lemon juice, honey and mustard. Pour the sauce over the salad.
Mix the salad thoroughly, sprinkle with sunflower seeds (or any other seeds-nuts to taste).
