Cut the ham into large pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Finely chop the anchovies. In a small bowl, mix the ham and anchovies, add breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Cook the remaining eggs for 4-10 minutes, depending on which eggs you like. Remove from the heat, pour cold water, clean, carefully cover with the cooked mass from all sides.
Pour the oil into a deep container and heat it well. Put the eggs and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
Dry the slices of bread in the oven. When serving, cut each egg in half and put it on toast.
