Lunch Second Breakfast
Ham cut into large pieces and mince. Finely chop the anchovies. In a small bowl, mix the ham and anchovies, add breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Cook the remaining eggs for 4 to 10 minutes, depending on which eggs you like. Remove from heat, pour cold water, clean, carefully cover all sides with cooked mass.
In a deep container pour the oil and heat it well. Put the eggs and fry for 5-7 minutes until Golden brown. Cool.
Slices of bread to dry in the oven. When serving each egg cut in half and put on toast. Bon appetit!
