  1. Pour the semolina with milk and let it swell.
  2. Whisk sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and eggs with a whisk.
  3. Mix both mixtures thoroughly.
  4. Take any form. I took a silicone one and still smeared it with odorless sunflower oil. D is 20 cm and 5 cm of the height of my form. Pour the mixture into the mold. Preheat the oven to t-180 C and put the mold in it for 30-35 minutes. Focus on your oven. I have an electric oven with a volume of 15 liters, it is baked very quickly.
  5. After 25 minutes, check the mannik for “dry kindling”. Mannik will bake perfectly.
  6. Remove the mannikin from the oven. Let it stand in the form for a while and transfer it to a dish. I have a form that needs to be turned over, and I put the mannikin on a wooden round board.
  7. Serve.
