Siberian Hot Dog Recipe

  1. The filling for sausages I took pork with a small amount of fat. The perfect seasoning for meat, it contains all the spices, they have a very bright and fragrant taste. Add the seasoning to the minced meat and mix.
  2. Wooden skewers should be soaked in water in advance. You can fry on metal, but the filling should be quite thick, otherwise it all peels off from sharp skewers on the grill. Wrap the filling on a skewer, give the same shape with your hands not thickly.
  3. Fry the sausages on the grill over medium heat.
  4. While the sausages are cooking, prepare the salad. Finely chop the cabbage.
  5. Cut the cucumber into strips.
  6. Mix cabbage, cucumber and dill in a bowl.
  7. Season the salad with butter and soy sauce. If the cucumber is very salty, do not add the sauce.
  8. Mix mustard with mayonnaise. Cut the bun in half.
  9. Sausages are fried fast enough. Once browned, remove from heat. Preheat the bun on the grill.
  10. Grease the bun with sauce, lay out the sausage.
  11. Put the salad on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
