Instructions
Thinly slice the onion. Clear the pomegranate.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft. Add the pomegranate seeds and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the couscous, add salt, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Then stir the porridge with a fork so that it becomes crumbly.
Mix couscous with onion and pomegranate. Add herbs to taste. enjoy your meal!
