  1. Pork meat and onions are twisted through a meat grinder. By the way, you can take the minced meat ready-made, so it will be even faster and easier. Add the chopped ham, eggs, salt and pepper and mix well. The meat base for the roll is ready.
  2. Drain the liquid from the green peas and add the finely chopped onion. I had green peas. The peas of this brand are always on top – bright, one to one, with a pleasant, pronounced taste.
  3. Cut gherkins or small cucumbers and add to the peas with onions, mix. I took a jar of gherkins. They are crispy, sweet and sour, just right for a spicy filling.
  4. Cut the eggs into small cubes and add them to the cooked mass.
  5. Grate 80 g of cheese on a fine grater. Mix 50 g with egg-cucumber-pea mass. We will need the remaining 30 g of cheese to sprinkle the roll.
  6. Place the baking sleeve on the table. If the sleeve is cut-off, then it is necessary to cut off 45-50 centimeters. Do not cut lengthwise, the sleeve should remain double-layered. Brush with vegetable oil. Spread out the meat mass so that 7-8 cm remains on the sides for tying, and 5-6 cm remains to the edge, which is “from itself”.
  7. Spread the filling over the meat base and press it down a little. The filling is so delicious that it was almost “stolen” from under my hands… Naughty girls!
  8. Pre-washed and soaked prunes cut into pieces. Spread it out on the edge that is closest to you.
  9. Very carefully, using a sleeve, roll the mass into a roll.
  10. Then wrap the roll like a candy, tie the sides. Transfer it to a baking sheet, wrapping the edges of the sleeve up. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  11. After the time has elapsed, without turning off the oven, take out the roll, carefully cut the ties from the sides and cut off the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  12. The finished roll can be served as a hot dish, with sauce or any side dish.
  13. If you have a roll planned as a cold snack, then it should be completely cooled, cut into pieces 1 cm thick. put on a dish and serve with sauce or herbs. And you can do without everything, it’s already good and very nice!
