Instructions
Peel onions and carrots, cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil for a few minutes.
Add the peeled and diced potatoes, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring.
Add diced sweet pepper and chopped garlic. Fry a little.
Add tomato paste. Mix it.
Rinse the rice well, add to the vegetables. Mix it.
Pour hot water, add salt and bay leaf.
Pass through a meat grinder, add a little salt, form meatballs.
As soon as the water boils, add the meatballs to the soup.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes until the rice and potatoes are ready.
Thick, rich, fragrant soup-stew is ready! Enjoy your meal!
