Sour Cream-Honey Pie with Apples Recipe
Simple homemade pie with apples-hearty and delicious. Excellent dessert with tea and coffee.

Flour wheat / Flour
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy light weight.
Add to them sour cream, soda.
Pour in the honey.
Add the flour, mix well.
Put half of the dough in a form (I have 20×20), covered with baking paper or greased. On top of the dough spread the apples, cut into small cubes.
On apples posting the remaining dough, level. Put the form in the oven, preheated to 180°, and bake the cake until tender (~30-35 minutes).
Ready cake cool on the grill, then cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy your tea!
