Carrots, bell peppers and meat cut into thin strips (strips should be approximately the same size). Cut onion and garlic into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley.
Preheat a wok pan, add oil (olive, vegetable, sesame) and lay out the prepared beef. Fry over high heat until golden brown. Add spices.
When the meat is fried, add carrots, bell peppers, onions, garlic to the vegetables and fry until al dente. Add salt to taste.
When the vegetables are fried, add wine vinegar and soy sauce.
Put the boiled soba noodles and parsley in a wok pan, mix.
