Put the frozen pea blades, green peas and corn separately in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and dip in ice water. Flip it on a sieve.
Cut the carrots into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, season with sugar, crushed garlic, vinegar and soy sauce, if necessary, add salt to taste, mix.
Pour red and black pepper into the center, heat the oil in a ladle and pour hot oil over the vegetables, mix and cool.
Serve as an independent dish or as an addition to hot dishes.
