At this stage I use a secret. Grind the onions along with the beef, and cut (as in dumplings), then the onions after freezing "will not arise", and all the juice stays in the meat.
So onions and garlic are cut, carrot RUB on a grater.
Rice (raw!) and combine vegetables with minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste. I like to pepper was not only minced and rice, but also carrots, garlic - so juicy and delicious.
Stuffing the peppers. Lay out in one layer in a package and freeze. I heard that peppers should not come into contact with each other - all nonsense, I have contact, and absolutely nothing terrible.
