Before you begin to prepare the dough for the pie, a sheet of parchment of a round shape is smeared with a thin layer of butter. Repeat the procedure twice, i.e. grease two sheets of parchment with butter.
Put the sheets in a baking dish and send them to the refrigerator to cool the butter.
Next, peel the apples and cut them into cubes / pieces. Add water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, add the eggs (3 PCs.)
Beat the eggs into a light foam, add sugar (1 Cup)Salt (1/4 teaspoon), baking soda (1/3 teaspoon). Beat the eggs and sugar until white with a mixer.
Then add the flour in portions (1 Cup). Using the bottom-up movements, gently mix the beaten egg base and flour. Set aside the dough.
Put the apples on a paper towel and dry them.
Form with butter parchment to get out of the refrigerator, put the apples on top of the apples put the sponge dough.
Place the form in a preheated 180-190C oven and bake until Golden brown.
Check the readiness of the pie for a dry splinter. Approximate baking time 40-50 min.
