Stew with Smoked Ribs Recipe
A few different vegetables, smoked pork ribs and on the table a flavorful, satisfying, rich dish. This is not a shame for guests to serve, the main thing is to cook with inspiration, this stew will only taste better.

Ingredients

Instructions
Wash the ribs and cut them. Pour in water, let it boil, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Wash, peel and slice the vegetables. After 30 minutes, add the potatoes to the ribs and add a little salt.
Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Add the beans, fry for 5 minutes, medium heat.
Add bell pepper. Cook until potatoes and carrots are ready.
Add the Bay leaf, garlic cloves and chopped parsley, and add salt to taste.
Allow to boil, hold for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat.
You can remove the meat from the bone and cut it smaller, but serving with a whole rib, in my opinion, is more interesting. Bon appetit.
