  1. For this dish, I’ll take pork with bacon. This is done so that no oil is used in the dish. Cut the pork into small pieces and put it in a saucepan. Put it on the fire and let the fat melt a little. Add finely chopped garlic and onion to the meat, cut into half rings. Just a little fried.
  2. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and add them to the same place. Fry a little more and pour 200 ml of water. Brought to a boil, turned down the heat, covered with a lid and simmered on low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Peel sweet potatoes, turnips and potatoes. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. We send potatoes to the saucepan first. I stew it for 10 minutes. Then I laid out turnips and sweet potatoes. It will take 10-15 minutes to cook these vegetables. I stewed the vegetables until tender and put the beans in a whole jar of tomato sauce.
  4. Of the spices, I will add cayenne pepper, allspice and bay leaf to the dish. Mix everything, add salt to taste and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Done!
  6. To serve. It’s very simple and very tasty! This dish will not spoil the festive table. It can be cooked as a main hot dish. Bright and beautiful!
