All products are weighed. I removed the skin from the breast and removed the bone. I made a diet fillet. In a saucepan, I poured oil, warmed it up and put finely chopped garlic. Next-finely chopped onion. Cooked until golden and soft. I added carrots grated on a fine grater. Stirred and put the pieces of chicken breast, cut not quite finely. All mixed, reduced the heat to a minimum, covered with a lid and simmered for 10 minutes.
Then I put all the other vegetables at once, cut randomly. I poured 40 ml of water, salted and sprinkled with seasoning. Stirred and simmered until tender for another 10 minutes, also under the lid and on low heat. Done!
Served with boiled rice and added lettuce and cherry leaves.
The breast was not dry. Flavorful, healthy and delicious!According to my diet, I was offered for lunch:
Chicken breast (turkey) stewed with vegetables-200 g
Boiled rice-50 g
I took 3 pieces of cherry instead of half a tomato, and instead of half a cucumber-3 small lettuce leaves.
