Instructions
Mix minced meat with chopped onion in a blender, add salt and pepper, add sour cream (kefir or yogurt), send it to the refrigerator for an hour…
Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, adding tomato (without skin) and paprika, diced, until the moisture evaporates.
In the fried warm minced meat, add the cheese broken into pieces, chopped olives, chopped parsley.
Mix well. Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Add the egg.
Put the minced meat on the puff pastry.
