  1. First you should boil the potatoes in a uniform in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cut the sausages in half. Roll out one layer of puff pastry measuring 35×30 cm and place it on a greased baking sheet or on a silicone mat. Now we lay out potatoes, sausages alternately, add seasonings to taste and, if necessary, salt.
  2. Next, lay out the cheese.
  3. Lay out another layer of potatoes and sausages, do not forget about spices.
  4. Now close the strudel and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 180 * C for 30 minutes, maybe a little less, the strudel will be ready when the surface turns golden. Focus on your oven. That’s how beautifully we did it! Enjoy your meal!!!
