Very interesting structure dough and color have such a pie. The dough is lean, it does not have butter and eggs. The pie turns out very tasty! Plenty of juicy filling and not enough dough. I advise everyone to cook it!
In a bowl combine water with tomato paste, mix well. Then add vegetable oil and salt.
Add flour and baking powder. Knead the soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the fridge while preparing the filling.
Prepare the stuffing.
Fillet cut into pieces about 1 cm.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Onions also cut very finely.
If desired, the filling can be added chopped dill. Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste.
The dough is divided into 2 equal parts.
Each part is thinly rolled out to the size of the mold or baking sheet. I have a form with a diameter of 28 cm.
Put the dough in a form covered with parchment.
Put the filling on the dough. On top of the filling put the chopped butter.
Cover with dough. Pinch the edges well.
In the center of the pie make a hole.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until cooked.
