Peel the chicken egg. Cut each egg into 2 pieces. Separate the whites from the yolks.

We put lettuce leaves on a plate. Put the egg whites (halves) on the lettuce leaves. In the half of the egg we spread the yolk mass. Garnish with herbs and sliced cucumber.
