  1. We prepare food. Chicken egg is boiled in salted water. Chilled.
  2. Peel the chicken egg. Cut each egg into 2 pieces. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Put the yolks in a blender bowl. Add sour cream and dressing “For brine”.
  4. Bring the mass to uniformity.
  5. We put the prepared yolk-sour cream mass into a pastry bag.
  6. We put lettuce leaves on a plate. Put the egg whites (halves) on the lettuce leaves. In the half of the egg we spread the yolk mass. Garnish with herbs and sliced cucumber.
