Stuffed Eggs Recipe
I made this dish for Easter because stuffed eggs are perfect for a buffet. Cook them quickly and easily, and the result is wonderful. I recommend you to prepare this snack.

Instructions
  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs, pour cold water over them and peel them.
  2. Cut each egg lengthwise into 2 equal halves. Remove the yolks.
  3. Prepare minced meat: Open a can of cod liver, drain the oil and finely chop the liver. Combine mayonnaise with yolks, grated cheese and chop. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add garlic. You have to mix everything very thoroughly. Fill both halves of the egg with the resulting paste. Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with black and red caviar and dill greens.
