Stuffed Eggs Recipe
I made this dish for Easter because stuffed eggs are perfect for a buffet. Cook them quickly and easily, and the result is wonderful. I recommend you prepare this snack.
Instructions
  1. Boil eggs hard, pour over with cold water and peel.

  2. Cut each egg lengthwise into 2 equal halves. Remove the yolks.

  3. Prepare minced meat: Open a can of cod liver, drain the oil and chop the liver. Combine with yolks mayonnaise, grated cheese and grind. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add garlic. You have to mix it very carefully. The resulting paste is filled with both halves of the egg. Put on lettuce leaves and decorate with black and red caviar and dill.
