Eggs Stuffed with Colorful Mousses Recipe
Stuffed eggs on the holiday table have always been one of the popular snacks. With fillings for them you can experiment endlessly, that I tried to do and I) Two mousse soft green and pink, I think, harmoniously merged in color and taste. Offer to try it!
Instructions
  1. Peel boiled eggs, cut into halves and carefully remove the yolks. Prepare the green avocado mousse. Prepare immediately before serving, not in advance!! The only note that you need to cook before serving and eat in the first place, as the avocado will inevitably sooner or later begin to darken and the view will not be the same.
