  1. I wash the pepper, cut out the stalk with a neat circle and shake out the seeds.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onion-turnip not very large.

  4. Boil the rice until it is half cooked, throw it into a colander, rinse it under cold water and let it brew so that the water runs off.
