  1. Mix sour cream with soda. Add melted butter to the sour cream.

  3. Add 1.5 cups of flour in small portions.
  4. If the dough sticks to your hands, pour in the remaining flour.
  5. Knead the dough and divide it into parts: 2/3 and 1/3.
  6. Cut oranges / lemons into small slices together with the crust, remove the bones and whisk in a blender. Mix the beaten lemon with sugar.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put 2/3 of the dough as a base, spread over the entire surface of the mold, making the sides.
  8. Lay out the filling and spread evenly over the entire base.
  9. Knead the second part of the dough with your hands and close the filling with it. To get a golden crust, grease the pie with beaten egg yolk. Prick the cake several times with a fork.
  10. Bake for about 30-40 minutes (look at your oven).
