- Bake the cake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes. The cake should be well browned and a little rise. Ten minutes to cool the cake in the form, then get out of the mold and cool the cake completely. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar. You're done! At night I advise you to remove the cake in the fridge, covering it with foil or a lid the right size.
