  1. Peel the zucchini, cut into rather large cubes. To shorten the time of further baking, you can boil these pieces for 5-10 minutes or fry a little. I didn’t do it.
  2. Add the zucchini to the oatmeal.
  3. Remove the skin from the pepper. To do this, bake the peppers on the grill or open fire until golden brown, put in a bag, tie tightly and leave for 10-15 minutes (I baked the peppers in the oven under the grill). When the pepper cools down, the skin is easily removed. Chop the pepper.
  4. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
  5. Prepare the filling – mix cream, grated cheese, eggs, add your favorite spices (I prefer salt and pepper).
  6. Mix the zucchini, onion, bell pepper, pour the cream mixture.
  7. Put it in the form. I didn’t lubricate it because I used silicone.
  8. Bake at 180-200 for 1 hour. If the zucchini is pre-processed (see point 1), the cooking time can be reduced to 30 minutes.
