  1. Collect all the ingredients. At least, there is practically nothing to collect. Cut the apple into a medium cube. No need to go through a meat grinder. Peel the celery from the veins and cut into small cubes.
  2. The liver is cleaned of excess films and cut into quarters. Depends on the size of the liver.
  3. Put the pan on the fire, pour a little sunflower oil and start frying celery.
  4. When the celery is slightly fried, add the apples. Fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally, until the apples are caramelized. The apples will be slightly browned.
  5. Add the liver and fry it until half cooked. We don’t make a big fire.
  6. When the liver is slightly fried (white) – add salt, pepper, add a couple of sprigs of rosemary and a piece of butter. Mix everything well and bring the liver to readiness. It is very simple to check the readiness of the liver. With a spatula, break any piece of liver. There is no blood – the liver is ready. Do not dry.
