  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add the onion and fry it over medium heat until transparent.
  2. Then add the minced meat, kneading it in a frying pan with a wooden spatula. And fry until tender. I have homemade minced meat (pork + beef).
  3. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl and add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Focus on your taste, as the salinity of different types of sauce is different.
  4. Add red hot pepper. A tortilla with a filling should be sharp. To interfere. I like spicy, so I pepper from the heart.
  5. Discard the canned beans on a sieve and pour boiled water (not hot!). Add to the minced meat and mix well. The meat filling is ready.
  6. Prepare the vegetable filling. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  7. Add 1/2 can of canned corn, about 220-250 grams. Finely chop the green onion and add to the corn.
  8. Cut tomatoes into cubes, add to vegetables and mix well. The vegetable filling is ready. You can add other ingredients: avocado, cheese, sweet pepper.
  9. Preheat the pie in the microwave. I have some ready-made buns. But you can easily cook them yourself, there are many recipes for their preparation on the website. Brush the tortilla with hot ketchup.
  10. Evenly distribute 1/6 of the minced meat over one half of the tortilla.
  11. Put 1/6 of the vegetable mixture on top.
  12. Lightly brush with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced without damage with yogurt or sour cream. Put lettuce leaves on the vegetable filling and cover with the second half of the cake.
  13. Preheat the grill pan over high heat. Put the cake on it and warm it up for 2 minutes, then turn it over and fry on the other side. Please note: fry without oil! Similarly, prepare the remaining cakes. Enjoy your meal!
