Tortilla is a Mexican cake that will help to diversify and brighten up your menu. Especially delicious cakes are obtained with filling: meat, fruit, vegetables. Onions cut into small cubes. Heat the pan with vegetable oil, add the onion and fry it over medium heat until transparent.

Canned beans throw on a sieve and pour over boiled water (not hot!). Add to minced meat and mix well. The meat filling is ready.
Prepare the vegetable filling. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Add 1/2 cans of canned corn, about 220-250 grams. Finely chop the green onions and add to the corn.
Tomatoes cut into cubes, add to vegetables and mix well. Vegetable filling is ready. You can add other ingredients: avocado, cheese, sweet pepper.
Heat the cake in the microwave. I've got some ready-to-buy scones. But they can be easily prepared by yourself, on the site a lot of recipes for their preparation. Grease tortilla, spicy ketchup.
Spread 1/6 of the minced meat evenly on one half of the flat cake.
On top of the stack 1/6 of the vegetable mixture.
Lightly grease with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced without damage with yogurt or sour cream. On vegetable stuffing put lettuce and cover with the second half of the cake.
Heat the grill pan over high heat. Place the cake on it and warm for 2 minutes, then turn over and fry on the other side. Please note: fry without oil! Similarly, prepare the rest of the cakes.
