  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina, salt and sugar. Stir.
  2. Add warm milk, warm water and melted butter. Knead dough. The flour may take a little longer.
  3. Set aside the dough for 20 minutes. During this time, make the filling.
  4. Divide the chicken fillet into fibers. Add finely chopped green onions and coriander.
  5. Coarsely chop the boiled eggs and send them to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
  6. Divide the dough into three parts. Each part is thinly rolled out and smeared with melted butter.
  7. Put the filling in the center.
  8. Wrap the edges to make a rectangle. And carefully roll out the top so that the filling is distributed inside.
  9. Pour vegetable oil on a split pan. We send a flatbread to the pan.
  10. Fry on both sides over a low heat until Golden. Done. With this amount, you get three large tortillas. Serve with sour cream.
