I saw this recipe from the chef in the culinary program dedicated to Valentine’s Day. I saw and ran to cook my soulmate) He was bribed by a simple and interesting cooking process. It turned out really delicious! Finally decided to share it with all the chefs.
Our meat is generously rubbed with salt, pepper and dried herbs (a pinch of each) on one side, left for 5 minutes, turned over and rubbed on the other. We leave him alone for 10-15 minutes. Seasonings can be used by anyone who likes what.
At this time, we will do the potatoes: peel, wash, fill with water and put on the stove. In the photo, I have a double portion, since I left half for another dish.
Fry the marinated steaks in well-heated vegetable oil on one side for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
.. and on the other hand, too, until crisp.
It is important here that the middle of the steak becomes white, that is, there are no raw pink places outside. Simply so.
Now quickly transfer the turkey from the pan to the foil on top of each other and wrap. This is done so that the turkey “reaches” the end prepared inside and at the same time remains juicy. Cover with a towel and set aside.
While we were busy with the meat, the potatoes were cooked. WIPE it through a sieve, a pusher or a blender (only at minimum speed, otherwise you will get gluten).
Pour a little sesame oil (or any other fragrant, in the original there was oil with the aroma of truffles), milk (or cream, who wants to eat) and turmeric into the pan. Mix everything and warm it up almost to a boil.
Gradually carefully add the mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly. It turns out a fragrant mass of delicate orange color. If you want brighter, you can add more turmeric, but be careful: you can overdo it, and it will turn out tasteless. So our mashed potatoes are ready)
Unwrap the turkey, slice it (or leave it like that), apply mashed potatoes, garnish with herbs and serve) Enjoy)))
You can also boil the broccoli, chop the tomatoes and put them on a plate. I did it last time. Enjoy your meal!
