This Apple tea is good for both children and adults! Hot, fragrant! It will be very appropriate in cold weather, will warm, and in summer it can be cooled and also enjoy it! And tasty and healthy! All ingredients are completely arbitrary.
In cold water put pepper, cinnamon (optional – cloves, rose hips). Bring to boil. Then reduce the heat, add the Apple slices, zest, ginger – optional. Cover and cook for no more than 5 minutes!!!
Remove from heat, add mint, let stand under the lid.
Then strain and pour into cups. If desired, each Cup can add a slice of Apple, honey. And enjoy…
If you want to make tea from fresh apples, then put everything in a jug and pour boiling water, let it brew under the lid.
