Instructions
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Mash into a puree.
Add flour, egg, butter and some grated cheese, salt, pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the bacon, as shown in the photo.
Then lay out half of the potatoes and flatten.
Make a recess with a spoon, cut the remaining cheese into small cubes and put it there.
Put the remaining potatoes on top and flatten.
Now cover the ends of the bacon.
We put it in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
Tender casserole with cheese filling and all this in slices of juicy bacon))
