Instructions
  1. I indicated the consumption of ingredients for 12 pieces of muffins. I’ll cook half, which means I’ll reduce the amount of ingredients by half. We prepare the products that we need.
  2. Pour kefir into a bowl, pour baking powder into it. Whisk with a whisk and wait for the reaction. Add sugar, vanilla and whisk everything together again, mash.
  3. Beat in the egg.
  4. Sift a little flour, working with a whisk. Add the butter and mix all the ingredients in the dough thoroughly. If you are going to use butter, it must first be melted in a microwave oven for 55 seconds at a power of 800 watts or in a water bath.
  5. The dough is ready.
  6. I will use silicone molds in the form of hearts. They differ from the standard ones in height, but are wider. Therefore, my cupcakes are not baked very high, although they will rise very well. Before baking, I always pour silicone molds with water. I always ask, “Why?” I do this all the time when I cook pastries in silicone molds! Because there is a lot of oil in the dough and it does not stick to the water, which means that the cupcakes are even better extracted from the molds, without any effort. Spread the dough into a mold of 1 tbsp.l. (the spoon should be a real large dining room). Then add 1 teaspoon of jam, and put a piece of chocolate on the jam.
  7. Cover the top again with the dough to a height of 2/3 of the height of the mold. Cupcakes will rise during baking. Preheat the oven to t-200 C, setting the time for 20 minutes, and put the cupcakes in it. Focus on your oven. When baking, do not open the oven, you can open it when they are well browned and rise. Then we will check them for the presence of “dry splinters”.
  8. If the dough does not stick to the splinter (toothpick), then they are ready! Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool down a little.
  9. Take out the molds freely, put them on a platter and sprinkle the cupcakes with powdered sugar. Since my cupcakes are vanilla, I’ll sprinkle them with vanilla powdered sugar.
  10. Serve with tea.
  11. That’s so beautiful and fragrant.
  12. This is what cupcakes look like in rift. Moderately sweet, with a pleasant hint of figs and dark chocolate, vanilla. Just a pleasure)
