Cupcakes with a Chocolate Center Recipe
I love these cupcakes. Dough on mayonnaise and condensed milk - and as a result, dense, rich, moderately dry, moderately moist cupcakes. They are prepared simply, and the result is excellent. Today, the festive option is a piece of white and dark chocolate in the middle of each cupcake.

  4. Spread the dough on the muffin molds. In the middle of each cake, place a piece of dark and white chocolate.Place in a cold (!) oven. Turn on 150-160°C and bake until the cupcakes rise. Then increase the temperature to 180°C and bake the cupcakes until ready. Check with a toothpick. I baked for about 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
