  1. Wash and clean the vegetables.
  2. Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Add salt and pour in 160 ml. water, mix well.
  3. Add flour and starch, yolk.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil, put the dough, distribute, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fry for 3-4 minutes, medium heat.
  6. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix ground garlic, red pepper, chopped green onions, sugar and soy sauce. Set aside.
  7. Carefully flip the pancake, add 1 tbsp sesame oil under the pancake, fry for another 3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Cut into pieces convenient for eating. With sauce.
