Ingredients
Vegetable pancake:

Instructions
Wash and clean the vegetables.
Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Add salt and pour in 160 ml. water, mix well.
Add flour and starch, yolk.
Mix thoroughly.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil, put the dough, distribute, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fry for 3-4 minutes, medium heat.
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix ground garlic, red pepper, chopped green onions, sugar and soy sauce. Set aside.
Carefully flip the pancake, add 1 tbsp sesame oil under the pancake, fry for another 3 minutes.
Serve hot.
Cut into pieces convenient for eating. With sauce.
