Instructions
Eggplants need to be cleaned.
Cut into circles 1-1. 5 cm thick. Dip the pieces in salt water for 10-15 minutes.
Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, add herbs and seasonings.
Cut the onion into rings and also lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add to the eggplant.
Add chopped tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, chopped herbs, garlic and green basil to the fried vegetables.
