Vegetable salads are very popular on the New Year’s table, they are kind of for unloading. But just serving a vegetable salad is primitive and hackneyed, so I suggest you cook a vegetable salad with cheese balls.

  1. Wash the cucumber and tomato and slice. Cut the cucumber into thin rings, the tomato into half rings.
  2. The food processor helped me make the slicing.
  3. Wash the arugula, dry it with a paper towel, tear or slice it together with a tomato and cucumber.
  4. Prepare the dressing. Mix lemon juice, mustard, honey, chili flakes, salt and vegetable oil, mix.
  5. Fill the vegetables with dressing, mix gently.
  6. Cooking cheese balls. Finely chop the cheese.
  7. Also chop the boiled egg using a food processor.
  8. Add mayonnaise to the cheese and egg.
  9. Mix the mass and form walnut-sized balls.
  10. Put the salad on a serving dish, put the cheese balls on top of the vegetables.
