A very juicy and bright vitamin salad that perfectly harmonizes with sour cream dressing! An indispensable ingredient in the preparation of salads is raisins! I recommend it to everyone without exception! It’s really delicious!
Prepare “semi-finished products”!
Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then dry. Cut the young cabbage into thin strips. Chop the greens.
Peel the apple and carrot and grate on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle the cabbage and greens lightly with salt and mash with your hands so that the cabbage gives juice.
Add carrots, apples, raisins and your favorite greens.
Now you can prepare the dressing.
Add granular mustard, vinegar, and oil to the sour cream.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. I didn’t add any pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad.
Mix everything and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
