Instructions
  1. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Pour in the soy sauce, stir, and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half, pour soy sauce over each half, leave for 30 minutes to soak.
  3. Rinse green peas (frozen) under cold water, pour soy sauce, mix, leave for 30 minutes to soak.
  4. Prepare the dough for pouring. To do this, mix kefir, egg, sugar, salt, olive oil, then add the sifted flour. Mix well, the dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
  5. Cut the ham into slices.
  6. After the vegetables are soaked in soy sauce, we begin to collect our terrine. Put the cherry tomatoes (20x11x6) on the bottom of the mold.
  7. Pour out the dough.
  8. Cover with slices of ham.
  9. Then put the pepper.
  10. Pour out the dough and put the ham on top.
  11. Next, put the green peas, ham and pour the remaining dough. Bake the terrine in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 40 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the finished terrine from the oven, let it cool down a little, carefully turn it over on a dish. Decorate as desired.
