Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, kefir and flour. The amount of flour is given approximately (because in the original recipe it was), the consistency of the dough is like pancakes.

Fry the waffles (I put 2 tablespoons of dough on the waffle) and immediately twist into tubes. I like crispy, so I fry them dark.
