Cut the zucchini into thin rings (0.5 cm). You can add a few strips of red pepper.
Season the vegetables with soy sauce and stir. Set the bowl aside.
Mix the flour with baking powder and sift.
In a separate bowl, break the eggs and whisk with a pinch of salt.
Add flour and beat the dough with a mixer until smooth.
Drain the liquid from the zucchini and put it on a paper towel. Cover the baking sheet with a silicone baking mat and grease it with oil. Put the zucchini slices and a little pepper.
Pour the dough over the vegetables and place the baking sheet in a preheated 190 °C oven for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Cool the finished cake slightly and remove the film. This is the front side of the roll.
The filling is ready-made “Beans in Serbian”. I put the beans in a blender bowl and grind them.
Spread the filling on the egg layer and spread it evenly. On one side, leave 2 cm without filling.
Wrap the filling in an egg roll. And then wrap it in cellophane or paper.
Put the roll in the refrigerator so that it cools down and gets soaked. After 2 hours, you can get a chilled roll and cut it.
