Zucchini and Egg Roll Recipe
A simple dish of zucchini, eggs and herbs, which turns out tender and delicious. A roll with zucchini and herbs is perfect for breakfast or a light but hearty dinner or snack.

  1. Grate the zucchini on a grater. Squeeze out the excess juice very well. Add 4 eggs, herbs. Add spices, mix well. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove. It will need to be added only at the very beginning. Now lay out the dough, evenly distributing it throughout the pan. Fry on the fire a little less than the maximum.
