  1. The dough is cooked very quickly, so I put the oven on preheating at 180 °. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Beat with a mixer or whisk for a couple of seconds until smooth.
  3. Add kefir.
  4. Mix again with a mixer or whisk.
  5. Then add the melted butter, it should not be hot.
  6. Mix everything again.
  7. Then take the flour, add baking powder for the dough.
  8. Add baking soda.
  9. Mix everything together.
  10. Then I add a drop of vanilla extract, you can add vanilla or vanilla sugar to the flour.
  11. Sift the flour in several steps.
  12. And mix everything with a whisk or a spatula until smooth. The dough should be without lumps, the consistency of thick sour cream.
  13. I lubricate the cupcake molds with vegetable oil.
  14. Spread about half a tablespoon of dough.
  15. Then I put a piece of milk chocolate. This is not necessary, you can do without chocolate.
  16. I put the same amount of dough on top.
  17. Do not report to the edge of the form by about 1.5 cm.
  18. Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees, after 10 minutes the temperature can be slightly lowered.
  19. The cupcakes are ready, they were baked for 18 minutes, and they stood in the oven for another 2 minutes.
