Apple Cheesecakes in Chocolate Recipe
The recipe, of course, is primarily designed for children. My children, for example, do not like cottage cheese in any dishes. But they ate these pancakes for both cheeks. Of course, they like to serve “on a stick” and with chocolate icing – everything that resembles ice cream. And the apple added to the dough does not feel curd in this dish at all. I advise you to prepare this wonderful dessert!

  1. Add sugar to the cottage cheese.
  2. Beat the egg. Mix it.
  3. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
  4. Add grated apple, cinnamon, vanilla sugar to the curd mass.
  5. Add half the flour and half the semolina. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
  6. Prepare the ice cream sticks and pour in the remaining flour and semolina.
  7. Form a bun from the curd mass, insert an ice cream stick.
  8. Roll well in the manna-flour mixture and fry in a frying pan with the addition of oil.
  9. Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  10. Cool.
  11. Melt the chocolate and cream in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds. Mix it.
  12. Dip each cheesecake in chocolate.
  13. Place on foil and cool well.
  14. Enjoy your meal!
