  1. Put sugar, margarine or butter, vegetable oil and salt in a bowl.
  2. Boil the milk and immediately pour it into a bowl, stir and cool slightly.
  3. Pour warm water into the bread maker and crumble the yeast.
  4. Pour the warm oil solution into the yeast and add the sifted flour. Set the program “Dough”, designed for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and turn on the bread maker.
  5. While the dough is being prepared, we prepare the streusel and the filling, if it is not ready yet.
  6. All the ingredients for the streusel are crushed into fine crumbs and put in the refrigerator.
  7. After the signal of the bread maker, we open the lid – the dough does not work for us!!!
  8. Knead the dough directly in the bread maker, cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.
  9. The dough is ready. Divide it into 6 equal parts.
  10. We roll out each part thinly into a circle, I rolled out 21 cm. You will need a form of 22-23 cm, I used 20, and the cake did not have enough space, it rose, it did not affect the taste, but it was too high). Spread the streusel on half of the circle – spread it in one layer, but do not save!)
  11. Cover with the second half of the circle.
  12. Distribute the filling and roll out the dough in the center on both sides of the bags. To make it easier to weld, in the middle, where the bags will be connected, do not lay out the apples, I laid out, it was a little inconvenient to connect.
  13. We put it in the form (cover the bottom with parchment) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  14. Spread the yolk in half with water and sprinkle with the remaining streusel. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. Put it in the oven. I baked for 1 hour – focus on your oven!!
  15. Cool the pie on the grill.
