Ingredients
Dough:
  • 400gram Sour creamSour cream is better to take fatter, the dough is softer
  • 50gram Butter
  • 1pack Baking powder
  • 2tablespoons Sugar
  • 0,5teaspoon Salt
  • 300gram FlourIf the dough sticks to your hands, you can add more flour, but do not overdo it. The dough should be soft
  • 20gram Vegetable oil
Filling:
  • 7pieces Apples
  • 100gram Sugarto taste
  • 100gram Jamjam can be any, but better thick
Instructions
  1. First of all, prepare the filling. Cut the apples into small pieces and mix with sugar.
  2. Then proceed to the test. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, baking powder, melted butter, salt, sugar and mix everything. Then gradually add the flour. And at the end, add vegetable oil. And knead the dough.
  3. The dough should be elastic, soft. You can’t leave him. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one smaller, the other larger.
  4. Roll out most of it and sprinkle with apple filling. Spread jam on top of the apples (I got raspberry). Roll out a small part of the dough and cover our cake on top. Seal all the edges. And put the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C. After the cake is baked, spread it on top with a piece of butter, cover with foil and a towel and leave to cool.
