  1. You can choose any meat, I cooked with pork, shoulder blade. Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into large pieces. Prepare the marinade. Grate ginger and 3-4 garlic cloves on a fine grater, add the remaining ingredients: soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, ketchup, honey, salt, pepper, mix well and marinate the meat. It is advisable to spend more time marinating, leave the meat in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into large pieces. Next, everything can be done in a cup, but it is better to put the chopped vegetables in a plastic bag, season with salt and pepper, pour olive oil, shake the bag so that the vegetables are well soaked.
  3. Put the meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Cut the garlic head in half and put it on the vegetables. It is advisable to add 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and juniper berries.
  4. Cover the mold with a lid or foil. Bake at a temperature of 180 * until ready, I baked 1h 20 min. Focus on the characteristics of your oven. If you want to get a golden crust, remove the foil at the end of baking and bring it to readiness.
  5. Meat, potatoes and especially carrots in this dish are simply divine.
