  1. Rub the quails with salt and adjika. Chop the tangerine and garlic and stuff the quails, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Soak the gelatin in the juice for the time specified in the instructions on the package.
  3. Grind the tangerine in a food processor using a chopping knife into a homogeneous mass. Preheat in the microwave so that the gelatin melts, but do not bring to a boil.
