Rub the quails with salt and adjika. Chop the tangerine and garlic and stuff the quails, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Soak the gelatin in the juice for the time specified in the instructions on the package.
Grind the tangerine in a food processor using a chopping knife into a homogeneous mass. Preheat in the microwave so that the gelatin melts, but do not bring to a boil.
Mix the tangerine with gelatin and refrigerate to stabilize.
Bake the quails at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Put the quails on a platter, put the tangerine jelly next to it and pour hot game over the jelly before use, it will melt and form a cool sauce!
